Pros

Mediocre pay and staff discount

Cons

Awful work life balance. Managers did not care for my mental health putting me on 40 hour weeks regardless of my 25 hour contract and asking for less hours. Was told flexible working request would be denied regardless of what the request is and I am 'supposed to be tired' from my job. I was told this after asking for night shift as I was struggling with constant 4 am starts. I was also told many times I could switch to nights and eventually just got told no and there was nothing I could do. Shifts go changed just a couple days notice but no one actualy notified me. When I brought this up I was told it shows I am not committed to my job resulting in an extended probation period. New store manager also had no idea what they were doing messing up shifts and cause many people to hand thier notice in.
