Pros

Pay is really good, and as of September 2017 they have started to look into internal development as opposed to recruiting externally.

Cons

Work life balance is thrown out the window. Hard work, alot of physical labour even for senior managers. Deadlines are very short. Alot of sickness from customer assistants in most stores, area managers are disruptive constantly adding tasks to your day. If you are working on a closing shift finish time is never certain and can be over 2 hours extra. You are only allowed 30 minute break even if you are on a 10 hour shift which is standard for any level of management or higher than 20hour contract staff.

Get ready for overtime...

Pros

Store Management is very passionate about what they do and it helps the team want to do our best. Good pay for the work, store is beautiful, team members are fun people.

Cons

The company claims to be efficient but it can take 2 hours just to get cashed out if you're a cashier and they expect you to stay and work until everyone gets cashed out. So if you're supposed to get off at 2pm expect 4pm...9:30pm... expect 11:30pm. You're pretty much forced into overtime if you want to keep your job because senior management/corporate really couldn't care less about your personal lives. You're pretty much expected to sell your soul even if you're just an associate.
