Pros

At the beginning salary was quite attractive but the amount of work, stress doesn't pay off.

Cons

There is no such a thing as day off. Every time you get calls from managers asking you to go to work. Always short of staff, unorganized, too many manages that waist their time around while others can't even go to the toilet. There's no friendly atmosphere and people from head office are really arrogant, when they come for inspections don't even bother to say hello.

Pros

The 10% staff discount (currently UK only) is good, working with the public, and you get to work with some lovely people.

Cons

Lack of respect from management who will lie directly to your face, long hours without a break or just a short break, poor pay, minimal staff level makes it harder for everyone.
