Pros

Commiserating with some fellow employees.

Cons

Leadership is a mix of 1) Europeans that do not know anything about the US grocery market AND 2) recent college grad frat bros that do not know anything about anything.

Pros

Pays well Lower management cares about work/life balance

Cons

No employee discount For management they expect you to give everything you have. I regularly worked 85+ hours weeks and on many occasions I left the store after 3am. They claim to support a work/life balance. It's best if you don't have a family if you're in management at this company. They don't adequately deal with issues that arise in the workplace. IE a manager showing off his bits to temp employees and then firing them.

Pros

Good starting pay for this area

Cons

Extremely faced paced with a focus on deadlines and productivity instead of employee satisfaction. Too few associates scheduled to meet the expectations of the company. Most employees get 20 hours or less until promoted to a PT30.
