Everything. How they haven't been investigated for breaches of Working Time Regulations and the Modern Slavery Act is a mystery.

Pros

Salary is decent but not reflective of the working conditions and impact on work / life balance.

Cons

The way the company is represented in the Irish media or throughout the entire recruitment process is very different to the reality once you are operating in store. The working environment is regularly unsafe and cultures exist that are putting staff at risk. Also an untrustworthy HR department that lacks integrity. They preach all the right practices but the reality is very different.
