Pros

. Good Pay . Job security for it sector .Improvement in work conditions in recent years . Growing business

Cons

.Shift are no for family people .Longterm health risk if working in store or warehouse .Poor management in most store .NO real internal promotion they always prefer to hire external people rather than encourage promotion within (unless they have no choice) .Inter departmental promotion is rare nore training for it. . very minimum staff so when there is a no-show it's a nightmare .big gap between duty salary and deputy but note in responsibility or duty on the day!

Pros

You will be paid fairly.

Cons

The top management does not follow policies/procedures. They are hypocritical and unethical. There is no organization and communication is horrendous. If you work for this company, expect NO work life balance.

Pros

Wages come on time just to get you by.

Cons

Banked Hours! What is that? Why? why don't you just pay what employee earns by doing an honest work.
