Pros

10% staff discounts, great members of the team, shifts are varied enough, always paid on time with never any issues.

Cons

RDC is currently understaffed, meaning the store are not getting adeqaute stock levels, short staffed in store currently also. 35 hour contract has turned into an unsociable 47.5 hour mess. unrealistic targets and goals. Booking your holidays on your terms, for when you need them are out of the question.

Pros

Staff discount. Job stability. Teaches resilience. A few managers. Nice customers

Cons

5am starts. 11 hours between some shifts. Long shifts. Always out late. Understaffed. Forget your unpaid 30m break. Dishonest Store managers. Hard work. 20% doing 80% of the work. Everyone is cutting corners to meet timed targets. No warehouse space, constantly blocked fire exits. Invasive whatsapp work group. Nasty customers. Culture of blaming and denying responsibility.. the list goes on.
