Pros

The pay, partial uniform provided. Clean environment.

Cons

Training is sub-par, onboarding/orientation is non-existent. The company is too focused on spreading staff thin and to the extreme of their abilities. You will be exhausted every day before the day is done. The hours/shifts are awful: usually 6-2 or 1-10 (and then some). You only get a half-hour lunch even if it is a set-up day and you work 1 PM to 11 PM.

Pros

Great pay and benefits, that's literally it.

Cons

Poor logistics, no-one knows any idea of what is going on, administrators are half-wits with college degrees that have never had any on-the-ground experience in retail grocery and therefore come up with ridiculous solutions.

Pros

Pay, Rewarding, Work life balance

Cons

Unrealistic KPIs, Warehouse is self serving (doesn’t provide the service stores require)
