Pros

better pay than other retail places. 10% staff sale cant think of anything else but i have to meet the 15 word limit

Cons

-where to begin? It's such a toxic place not worth the money at all. You develop a nasty personality because it's a dog eat dog kind of place. -8-10 hour shifts and you only get 30 minutes break. They constantly interrupt to ask when you're back. You can't even take 2 minutes extra. -Horrible managers. A slave to the company. They don't let you breathe. You can't even take a 1 minute toilet break without them screaming down the radio at you. -Horrible staff facilities. They have one old mouldy kettle and and a rusty microwave. -rotas are never up in time so you cant plan things weeks in advance as shifts are not fixed
