Everything else. I worked in a department with 12 persons, 9 out of 12 quit the job within a year. I got the job and they changed me department and position 3 times in 2 months, happened to others as well. Many Head of ... and directors are relatively young and unexperienced. I worked in store construction and warehouse construction, in both departments it was normal to work 10-12 hours a day. Starting at 8am till 7-8pm. In a chaotic and schizophrenic ambient. Everyday a new experience with new problems, and especially many problems from the past that are difficult to tackle as based on the work of many project manager that left the company in the meanwhile. Usually from the Head office, you work in strong relation with Germany, if there are problems you have to pay attention who you contact, cause many Head of and directors are coming from Germany and are placed there from any other director from LIDL International. If you call the wrong person and he gets to know that something is not working in the UK, your Head of gets trouble and you as well...
