Pros

Room for growth in the north, some goid co workers

Cons

Favorites, not willing to promote within in VA like they say.. hiring a lot of ALDI people to fill higher up positions, most DMs are a joke and don’t know what they are doing, you get a few great ones

Pros

Pays slightly more than a regular grocery store.

Cons

Everything. Awful management. Do not expect to move up in the company without kissing upper management’s boots and worshipping the ground they walk on. Favoritism everywhere. Only 2 available shifts for the most part. Does not like to work with pregnant women. WILL try to make you skip the breaks you’re entitled to. Company does not act grateful for your hard work and neither will your managers. They do not want to train you to do anything so you can advance in the company.
