Pros

They pay you very well compared to other supermarkets. Environment is very fast paced and time flies very quick. You are not in one place all day but rotated to give you something new to do.

Cons

Depending on the area, some customers can be really rude. You only get 30min brake even if you are doing a 10 hour shift. Development opportunities can be slow and you must really want go stay and show commitment to become more than a sales Associate.
