Pros

Made some good friends 10% discount which increases at christmas Well paid

Cons

Management dont care about staff. Regularly book dates off then get put on the rota for the dates I have booked off, discussed repeatedly with manager and yet still end up having to sort my own shift swaps and cover. Regularly dont get full breaks or get belled back to serve 1/2 customers with hardly any items Constantly made to be 1st till even on long shifts meaning any members of staff on shift who want a smoke break can go when they please even after having had their break where as I get stressed at if try to do the same. Feel there is no support and contact with area management. Seen AM once in 16 months of employment. Regularly short staffed on a closing shift due to store going over prod hours
