Pros

Salary and health care are good

Cons

No real regard for employee health. They let on to be really concerned but it's just so they slip past the minimal legal expectation. A manager for example will work 5 11 hour shifts a week and get one 1hr break... and walk on average 23killometers. On one break(which is not paid... and realistically you will be doing 12 hour shifts more often then not with no extra pay.

Pros

You get lots and lots of progression opportunities if you're capable and ambitious. Staff are friendly and management are protective towards their subordinates. They always back you up when there are abusive customers.

Cons

Under staff is a big problem. Upper management would do anything to cut down as much staff as possible to hit sales target and to compensate the low price promise. Don't really agree with this strategy.
