We should be getting £1000/hr for the amount of mental and physical tourture that we have to go through. Work place is very unorganised. Rota keeps changing and they will call you every single day even on your holiday. Early shift starts at 4-5 am and if you do a closing shift then it's like 2/3 or even 4 in the morning.They don't care about their employees that is why they have so much staff turnover and even the company doesn't accept Union. So please avoid the company if you don't want to go to depression. This job should be the last option.
