Pros

Free food sometimes and tablet at reception is quite forward thinking for such a company.

Cons

-Far from metro -Coworkers less than impressive -Embarrassing to tell people job

Pros

the wages are very good for the retail sector and the number of stores means you should find a store close to were you live.

Cons

47.5 hour a week minimum. Constantly audited (weekly). Staffing levels very tight - lidl is about productivity ( pounds per man hours used) High stress. They are only interested in 'new' to the market managers.....its a burn out job.

Pros

Good learning experience. Hard work but the team make it worthwhile. Would definitely recommend people give this place a go

Poor management can make it difficult to work here. Organisation could be better but I think w young manager means some dis accord
