Pros

Excellent Pay, I cannot stress this enough+health insurance, Excellent training plan put in place by company but not fully complied with in stores.

Cons

hired as a manager,I lost 2 kg with in a month working in Iidl, This is how much senior managers Push you to work faster n harder.Even though them selves ever do any manual work(female managers) Work Place Politics, constant bad reviews if other employees see you as a competition,Employees who are promoted from lower levels have no peoples skill,are rude, either no training provided or they do not adhere to training. And no life if you work for lidl,

It's a huge corporation and thus all the procedures and operations are very interesting. The US startup phase is fascinating because you're able to learn a great deal

Cons

They're too much dependent on German HQ, they want to do it their way and they neglect to listen to different opinions.
