Pros

Location, dynamic, company's car, change, interesting, good place to work, international environment. Currently trying to be in the ranking of best placer to work.

Cons

Sometimes chaos, hierarchical. It exists very dependence of the headquarters in Germany. German is the language of the company. It can be hard for you, if you don't speak German
