Pros

The working environment is great. Co-workers and managers make working feel good and somewhat meaningful. If you are serious about progressing in the company, you will get opportunities

Cons

The work possibilities aren't too great, at least when you start with the company. The salary is competitive, but not great. Hard to work out vacations and occasional day-offs

Pros

Experience, looks good on the CV. If you can work in Lidl you can work anywhere

Cons

Working hours are horrific you are worked until you drop and you are not respected. No proper training and pay is not great.

Good wage, but not rewarding

Pros

A good opportunity to improve my management skills and to be enrolled to a lot of free courses, eg first aider course or fire and safety course. Also the wage was above the average.

Cons

I was supposed to work 38 hours per week, instead of 50 not paid. There was no rewarding over the effort on the job done.
