Pros

You will be promoted fast! Then fired for not meeting unrealistic expectations. There is also free coffee to give you a nice caffeine kick on top of your daily anxiety attack you get from working at this company.

Cons

Turnover is unbelievable. There is no work life balance. You will work long unappreciated hours. The pay is nothing great for the area. They will fire you with no warning. Do yourself a favor and do not apply to this company.

Don't Bother

Pros

Free giveaways Quicker than usual promotions

Cons

Communication from leadership is non existent. Upper management creates last minute tasks (which always seems to happen) and are always "priorities" that makes people work unreasonable hours. Constant turnover in employees (whether they quit or get fired) creates uncertainty in everyone. People high five you and congratulate you when you leave, if that tells you anything. There's no work life balance, since you only look like you care about your job if you stay after hours with your boss. You can work 12+ hrs a day, drink the Kool aid and get promoted in 2 years if you'd like to do that.

Pros

- Salary + company car - Autonomy - Skills learned - Oportunitty to lead large teams and stores with yearly sales of millions

Cons

- Working atmosphere - I´ve seen too many people crying - Not a meritocracy when it comes to internal promotion - Way behind business innovations - residual use of technology - If you don't speak german, promotion opportunities drop by 90% in any country
