Pros

The compensation is somewhat good & benefits are ok. Not really worth everything else that you deal with while working there.

Cons

Writing this to save someone from lost time, eventual and unnecessary pivots. Please take heed as it is not an exaggeration. You WILL be overworked. You WILL be gaslit. You WILL eventually burn out. You WILL work within a toxic culture. You WILL not experience any professional development. You WILL work on German based systems - with no correlation to American systems used at other companies. You WILL see people you work with for years drop like flies every other three months. You WILL not be offered tuition reimbursement for certs or college courses. You WILL not be offered differential pay or any real benefit if your in the military. If you accept a job here make sure you read your handbook and policies. The CHRO is very good at her job and her lawyer instincts/skills writes policies that back the company in many ways rather then the employees.
