-Good pay -fast accumulating PTO -insurance -some good people to work with -good learning experience

Cons

-overworked packing out trying to meet ridiculous times -have to manual pull everything during store hours(including bulk water pallets) -management wants you to do everything while they do nothing besides complain -No employee discount -Expected to do others work if they do not finish -Expected to stay over the time you were scheduled to leave -customers complain about the app never taking discounts off

They say the right things. They have excellent benefits. Work and life balance can be achieved.

Cons

Inconsistent or nonexistent training. High turnover at all levels leads to lack of confidence and accountability at lower levels. Too much time worrying about Diversity, Inclusion and Equity and not enough emphasis on knowledge, experience and merit.

Management is the worst ever. Your options for management are either someone fresh out of college who has never had a job outside of Lidl or a robotic European with a huge ego. Do yourself a favor and work for a US-based company who understands American culture and actually appreciates their employees.
