Excellent company culture; this is a great place to work. Upper management really cares about building a healthy work environment. Globally, this is the healthiest work environment I have had in my career. Super recommended company for anybody who is collaborative.

Cons

Has many reorgs, too many meetings, and the technology is getting old; it seems new technologies are built by top engineers but after they leave technology gets behind with respect to other companies. Sometimes terrible leadership. During one of my several reorgs, I had leadership in the Premium team that was unprofessional and disrespectful beyond belief. On top of it, absolutely clueless about what adds value and the level of effort of different initiatives. This is not the general case of the company, but the filters to select leadership positions could improve.
