- Working with smart people - Best company culture I have ever experienced - Good salary - Good possibility for career progression

Cons

- Has gone through a few restructurings in the last few years, and some of the teams are still finding their bearings - Management os overall good, but with quite a few exceptions - Very bubbly sculture means sometimes it's difficult to give or receive direct feedback on where and how to improve
