      Great company to work for

      Pros

      Good work life balance compared to other FAANG companies. Pay is competitive. Lots of opportunity and encouragement to learn.

      Cons

      Recently some of benefits have been reduced due to budget cuts at the entire company. Some teams are more stressful to work on now, and RSUs are not always refreshed after vesting completely (resulting in being underpaid). Historically this is a great company to work at, and still is overall compared to other FAANG. But some of the pay/perks/etc have been reduced.
