the company offers great perks for the employees, fun and inclusive culture. Hybrid and flexible working environment. Great reputation that will help you build a strong network in the market given the nature of the company and its products.

Cons

the company went major changes recently including restructure of the org, leadership changes, and compensation plans. One con people suffer from the most is lack of professional development, unclear career path, and hard to grow into managerial role. As a sales driven company, the company has been recently assigning unrealistic quotas and targets that are defiantly unattainable and led to high turnover of sales talent.
