+ Overall really good people + High agency, ownership and impact + Good WLB, I'd say ~9 hour days are pretty normal

Cons

- Worsening upward mobility with a promotion backlog - Recent flattening smashed out manager roles and it has become really hard to grow into being a people leader if you aren't one already - Lessening market positioning of comp / benefits - Reduced budgets for offsite and in person events
