Pros

Excellent culture and a strong focus on wellbeing while you are with them. The perks and benefits are superb Family first approach

Cons

The company over recruited into the Talent Acquisition team which meant that there was not enough work. They took on new people and then almost immediately announced a hiring freeze. What followed was a difficult period where the team knew there would be lay-offs. The consultation process was badly managed and sadly despite having had an amazing time working for the company this badly let them down. The company had made extensive lay-offs just 2 years before but didn't learn from their mistakes.

Pros

Good starting pay, benefits, and food cafeteria

Cons

Very slow and require lots of overhead to get things moving. Very political so if you can't play the game well, you won't have a good tine here
