Pros

Great culture - they let you be who you want to be and encourage professional development outside of just your role Pay is great - competitive pay compared to market, opportunity to make more than your OTE usually Work/Life Balance: People who have been here for long enough start to have great work life balance since the role can become a lot easier to manage.

Cons

Politics: Management prioritized in office employees for promotion, even if their office is nowhere near the main hub or the team Career Growth: Out of a team of 30, only one person gets a promotion every 6-12 months, even though 50% of the team is qualified for the next step. Boring product: LinkedIn wins by being LinkedIn. People need our products but they're not evolving to the point where we will see exponentional growth compared to other digital channels.
