So much pressure

Pros

Excellent benefits, pay is ok, company wide shut downs.

Cons

This has become a very toxic work environment- so sad to see because it was once a wonderful company to work for. The training is horrible, systems don’t work well, and the work life balance is gone.

Pros

Decent pay, remote-work support, good company mission.

Cons

No raises or RSU refreshers for most in the last year (even for RSU cliffs), remote-work support eroding toward RTO, constantly changing priorities, clueless leadership.

Pros

Flexible working time, no return to office requirement. Good cafeteria with free breakfast and lunch, and free coffee.

Cons

The culture changed dramatically recently, leaders said the F-word in team meetings. Top-down hierarchy, political. The 10% hard quota of PIP, colleagues point figures to each other.
