The company presents well and has a lot of benefits

Pros

Still Better than most tech companies in terms of how they managed layoffs

Cons

Linkedin is still one of the most stressful industries to be in without much career opportunities for internal or external mobility. I’m okay with them cutting perks to save money but the stressful environment with performance plans and gaslighting has made me thought of leaving so often.

Pros

LinkedIn offered a lot of work-life balance support, with great benefits.

Cons

To align with economic strategies, LinkedIn had two major layoffs start of COVID and "post"-COVID . The most recent layoff came after introduction of chat-bot customer support features, forcing employees to work multiple live chats at a time, and an increase in cross-training employees across different product support teams to "flex" as "One LinkedIn". I began to feel less supported as an individual, and more like a number for productivity.
