LinkedIn absolutely takes care of its employees - it’s hard to think about leaving given the fantastic perks and financial benefits. Free food, great 401k and stock, and working with some very smart people make it a great experience.

Cons

Given LinkedIn’s size, it can feel incredibly siloed and bureaucratic. It can also feel tough to understand LinkedIn’s overall vision and goals aside from “make it AI”.
