Pros

Newer (C-level) leadership, mediocre at best. Feels like the company and people have lost their way. Also haven't seen much product innovation or innovation in general across many functions in the business. Used to be such an inspiring company to work for. Those days are gone.

Cons

Not much product innovation or innovation in general across many functions in the business. Too many properties and not enough resources. No stability.

Cons

Pay - the pay here is extremely low compared to peers across the board. They try to make up for it benefits like “perk up” and student loans which is nice but not enough. This is my biggest complaint by far. Someone with my experience makes 50K more at other places just on the base salary alone. This is an amazing place to work but for later in your career. This is not the type of place you want to be early on in your career when you could be making more money elsewhere and being more ambitious. The flexibility and autonomy fits someone who’s already made enough money in their life and wants a relaxing fluffy job Although the culture is great, the promotion system is extremely flawed and very political. Simply excelling at your job isn’t good enough here. You have to be doing volunteer activities and constantly doing extra work just to get recognized. It’s a bit of a teachers pet culture.
