I could list every perk under the sun, the food, amazing benefits... and on an on. But really the biggest pro for me is the people. They are awesome here.

I am in the company for 4 years and I still don't see any major con in the company! Any team in any company might have some issues but as a company, Linkedin does a great job in making employees feel part of the company's mission and it has amazing perks to make you feel wonderful.
