Pros

- best generous benefits ever that you won't find anywhere else (50% 401k match, wellness stipend, fitness classes, baristas and cafeteria on-site, fun workplace events) - people are incredibly smart and kind and willing to help and go out of their way

Cons

- everything is siloed, so expect person to know a part of their process but nothing beyond that. there's a lot of specialists which could be frustrating because you're find asking who to talk to. - lots of planning, researching, and less action than i expected. takes a quarter to plan, and a quarter to launch. don't expect to move fast, you'll move a snail pace that gets frustrating when you can't get things done fast

Pros

The biggest pros are: the People, benefits, and work-life balance! I am loving working at LinkedIn so far!

Cons

Moving up/getting promotions are a process and not as straight forward as they should be. Promotions don't come based only on performance there are other hoops you have to jump through.
