Definitely one of the best cultures I have experienced in a company, very diverse talent pool to work along with. And the products are GOOD!

Cons

Since covid years, sales org had not been the same. Due to the challenges with macro economic conditions, it created alot of negative experience for sales folks working directly with customers and leadership failed to acknowledge it to the level ICs would like them to.

Benefits, gym, and fancy nice office.

Cons

New manager came in with no real experience to lead a sales team and seems to be learning management skills mainly through LinkedIn Learning. The micromanagement is extreme, and there is no real discussion, guidance, or direction, and relies on ChatGPT for coaching instead of practical industry knowledge. Most of the team has either left or been let go, which has damaged morale.
