Pros

People & Culture: The Singapore office is filled with highly capable and genuinely warm individuals. When you ask for help, people step in as if it were their own responsibility. There is always something to learn from others, and a strong growth mindset is consistently demonstrated across the team.

Cons

Operational rigidity: Even when there is strong intent to drive sales, internal policies and processes are not flexible enough. Improving these operational aspects alone could significantly unlock better sales performance.

Pros

LinkedIn is a mission-driven organization, where employees get to work on problems that help real people find jobs, grow their businesses, and bolster their careers. It also has a great culture of smart, motivated people who are eager to collaborate. It's been a wonderful place to learn functional and leadership skills.

Cons

Over the years, the culture has become increasingly corporate and siloed. While there's still plenty of opportunity to make big impact and build meaningful work, it requires more maneuvering to accomplish.
