Pros

- Employee events, food, perks, compensation is decent

Cons

- Like anywhere else, when times are good the company will seem like family. When times are bad, its up to each team's manager to take care of their employees. And sometimes its just not possible. LinkedIn is not worse than the average big tech company.

Pros

Good Work/Life Balance Management is Technologically Vetted Global Scale Projects Great Insurance 401k matching Many Equity Opportunities

Cons

Many middle management layers with differing opinions and communications for direction. Layoffs are used as an unspoken motivator for productivity The management culture changed after the transition to Ryan Roslansky in ways that permeated throughout the company. From a business perspective, the company is still doing well, but the employee experience shifted negatively. The internal technology stack is very tailored to LinkedIn which creates a need for more individual study should the need arise to shift outside the company.
