Pros

The benefit is still good. Many people I work with are very talented

Cons

The engineering culture has been dramatically declining in the past year. A big part of it is due to incompetent engineering leadership and their constantly changing top down priorities. It's sad to see many great leaders and coworkers leave as a result of this.
