Pros

Good benefit and many program to address well being

Cons

The worst CRM system and team member are no present as One Linkedin. They can step on and snatch away other team account name. Leader also bias and fully aware those behaviour and just simply ignore

Pros

Pay is good and they offer a good hybrid work environment.

Cons

The company is now changing, our team was notified that the company has changed annual reviews to get rid of "bottom" 10%. This is causing employees to be less willing to help each other. My team has nearly everyone consistently working over 50 hours a week, oftentimes late at night, and just getting burnt out. Leadership talks a big game about work/life balance but follows by creating an environment of employees working against each other. Advancement seems very difficult recently.

Pros

Still good company. If you know how to create a noise and make good connection - management will think you are very valuable without doing any valuable work

Cons

Not too bad, but compared to past, it's not great anymore.
