* Poor reward and renumeration considering size, growth and parent company * Can feel fairly immature in terms of process and service delivery * Strong focus on culture that seems to overshadow common sense & customer first mindset * Significant lack of career opportunities and development in some regions compared to others * Low budgeting for headcount and lean resourcing leads to under par deliverables & product development for customers

Focus on work life balance isn’t practiced in reality. There’s always something new to work on that can’t wait so you never get caught up. Culture is very transactional. There is high turnover.
