Pros

- A company that walks the talks, how the organisation really puts culture and values above everything else really sweeps me off my feet. - put employees wellbeing as the #1 priority, especially in this pandemic situation - internal learning and development courses & workshops available to upskill employees - friendly and collaborative environment

Cons

- matrix organisation, would require a longer ramp time to connect the dots together if your role requires to work with cross functional partners and stakeholders
