Pros

Unparalleled benefits. Employees are incredibly bright, talented, and hard working. The mission has purpose, and it felt like the work served a greater good.

Cons

Success theater and heroics dominate the culture. Far too many invest energy into chasing a promotion instead of helping others or helping to implement meaningful change.

Pros

Great salary, benefits, perks, and food

Cons

The company does not practice what it preaches and markets about its brand. Everything is can't get right because of more structural problems, it uses the excuse, "we made a mistake" or "we're trying."
