LinkedIn is very employee oriented. They cater to work life balance, they are constantly displaying their appreciation of their employees

Cons

The only negative I can think of is the best one to have. With the rapid growth of the company we cant keep up to hire necessary head count to cover the work but if that's the only problem a company has that's not a bad thing!
