Working for LinkedIn the past couple of years and been one of the greatest experiences in my life. Not only has it opened the for me professionally, I have also met an [in]numerable amount of wonderful people internally and externally. The company and management continues to motivate their employees to be a part of the bigger picture.

Cons

I wish I had more hours in the day to get my work done.

Pros

The culture, the brilliant people I get to work with on a daily basis, the varied work that I get to involve myself in and the autonomy that the job gives me. Also, the new Cafe is absolutely delicious!...And the girls are absolutely beautiful. Wifi on the shuttle bus. Lots of young people and accessible senior leadership.

Cons

Long commute from SF to Mountainview/Sunnyvale. Long hours, if I include the time that it takes to commute every day I am working from 7-7.

It's great to be around truly talented and motivated people, who are generally working on challenging and meaningful problems. And the rediculous suite of perks certainly don't hurt

Cons

It's not always clear what you're measured on and promotions are not without politics, but that seems to be true in most places unfortunately.
