Amazing team environment, huge opportunity for advancement if you prove yourself, and easy to get noticed if you have a strong work ethic or good results.

Cons

Not much overall training in sales in this program...sink or swim environment in terms of advancement in the company.

-Job opportunities -Culture -InDays and HackDays where you are encouraged to work on projects other than your normal every day duties -Start up feel where you are encouraged to share your ideas -Speaker Series -Tech Talks -Fitness program -Free food

Cons

-Processes are still not set in place as the company just went IPO in May but this can be seen as a growing opportunity for employees to give their ideas on new processes.
