I’m often asked for my open and honest feedback, and I feel part of constantly improving how we’re performing. Things are changing fast, faster than I’ve ever experienced before and never two days the same. It’s a strong global culture, you recognize yourself whether you’re in San Fran, Dublin or Stockholm.
