Pros

A fun company culture means that there are lots of cool perks and exciting events to attend. The new cafeteria serves fresh, tasty food. I'm consistently impressed with the capabilities of my fellow engineers, and everyone I encounter at work.

Cons

There is so much going on at once that it can be hard to focus.

Pros

Innovation is rewarded. The people are smart, yet surprisingly humble. The end goal of the company is noble. We are trying to help the world. Free food. Foosball and Ping Pong. Fro-yo.

Cons

Sometimes not as organized as it could be. But this is also a good thing. The company is constantly adapting itself, and therefore has to change quickly.
