culture and values are the bedrock of LinkedIn. Exciting place to work with 3 distinct lines of business (Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions and Premium Subscriptions) provide stability to the companies performance

Cons

LinkedIn has pretty severe title deflation similar to Google and Facebook so applicants should be aware they may have to make a lateral move or even a "step down" in title to come to LinkedIn
