Pros

I love working here. The people are great, the environment is great. I have learned so much here from both management and my peers. There is so much information shared to help you both personally and professionally. It's very motivating!

Cons

Politics every now and then but who doesnt have that. Outside of that, not much more to say about cons...there really arent any.

Pros

Exposure to all sorts of new technologies. Great lecture series. People are generally friendly. For a company that size it seems to have retained a fair bit of startup mentality. Company devotes 1 day a month to hack on anything you want and awards prizes. Free food.

Cons

Lots of politics which is not unusual per se; no more than I've seen in other places that I've worked at. Not a lot of visibility into what other groups are doing at any meaningful detail; weekly operations reports does not cut it. Early employees typically get the choicest projects but it seems that management understands this problem and this seems to be changing.

Pros

If you can get a job here, consider yourself lucky. Round the clock free food, free public transportation, gym, and great pay and just a few perks. Energetic startup environment full of really smart people. Flat hierarchy. Walk-up access to CEO.

Cons

Environment HIGHLY collaborative. There are no offices, no cubicles, no phones for regular employees. Open seating at desks encourages constant face 2 face communication and brainstorming. This is not bad by itself but will not be a good environment for those who need quiet space and solitude to concentrate.
